Pilates is a system of exercises developed by Joseph Pilates that can be done on a mat or on various specialized equipment. It will build strength without the bulk. You’ll have a toned body and long, lean muscles. Pilates teaches you body awareness and how to move safely and gracefully while also improving your flexibility. You will learn the importance of isolation AND integration. You can do it at 22 or 92, age doesn’t matter.
